Frequently Asked Questions

How do I send my personalisation details? After placing your order you'll receive a confirmation email. Simply reply with your personalisation details (name, age, colours etc) and I'll get started straight away!

How long will my order take? Most orders are made and dispatched within 2-3 working days of receiving your personalisation details. UK standard delivery then takes approximately 2 days.

Can I request a custom design? Absolutely! I love custom requests. Get in touch via the contact page and tell me what you have in mind — if I can make it, I will!

What materials do you use? All toppers are made using premium glitter card, photo paper, and card, mounted on acrylic sticks. They're designed to be lightweight and sturdy enough to sit beautifully in your cake.

How big are the toppers? Most standard toppers are approximately 18cm (7") x 18cm (7"), plus the acrylic stick — just the right size to make your cake stand out! Need something bigger or smaller? No problem, just get in touch before ordering and we'll sort something out for you

Can I see a proof before you make it? For standard personalised toppers (name and age) I don't send proofs as the design is fixed. For fully custom designs I'm happy to share a digital preview before production.

What if my topper arrives damaged? Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and I'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders? Yes! If you're looking for multiple toppers for an event or as a retailer, please get in touch to discuss pricing.
