I’ll be away from 26th May – 14th June. Orders can still be placed during this time, but anything ordered while I’m away will be handmade and dispatched from 15th June.

Normal 1–3 working day dispatch will resume after my return.

🇬🇧 UK Standard Delivery — FREE All UK orders include free standard delivery (48 hour tracked). Most orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days of receiving your personalisation details.

🚀 UK Express Delivery — £2.00 Need it in a hurry? Add express delivery at checkout for 24 hour tracked delivery. Please ensure your personalisation details are sent promptly to avoid delays.

🌍 EU Delivery — £14.99 Delivered within 3-5 business days after dispatch.

🌎 International Delivery (US, Canada, Australia & more) — £19.99 Delivered within 5-7 business days after dispatch.

Please note: All toppers are made to order, so please allow 2-3 working days for production before dispatch. If you need your order urgently, please contact me before ordering and I'll do my best to help!

Returns & Refunds

Because every topper is personalised and made to order especially for you, I'm unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged or faulty.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and I will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
